PRODUCER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A collection of my responsibilities, achievements and skillsets used as the Lead Game Producer and Creative Director for AIMBLOX, a product of AIMLABS on ROBLOX.

  • Team Management & Production

    Whether it was Trello, Basecamp, or even Jira, I led a diverse cross-functional team of 20+, including developers, artists, and community managers, to deliver weekly content updates, using whichever platform my team felt comfortable with.

    I was responsible for managing the full production pipeline, from creative concepting to technical implementation, while ensuring we met tight deadlines and maintained high-quality standards.

    My leadership included overseeing team onboarding, fostering a collaborative and open communication environment, and ensuring alignment on sprint goals through Agile Scrum methodologies.

    By driving strategic improvements and refining game features, I helped grow AIMBLOX's user base from 1K to 5K weekly users, ultimately reaching over 1M new users in September 2023.

  • CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    My experience spans overseeing teams of designers, animators, and developers to create visually compelling and cohesive experiences that align with both the creative vision and business objectives.

    While leading AIMBLOX, I drove the creative strategy, ensuring the art direction, animations, and overall game aesthetics engaged the target audience.

    I also balanced creativity with functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the creative assets not only looked great but also enhanced gameplay.

    My ability to inspire and lead creative teams has consistently resulted in high-quality outcomes, driving user engagement and brand success.

  • Tools & Methods

    I leverage a variety of industry-standard tools to bring creative concepts to life.

    For AIMBLOX, I utilized Blender to edit and organize 3D assets created by contractors.

    My work also extended into 2D design with Photoshop for detailed texturing and asset design, specifically skin creation and a means to communicate visually for ideas/pitches.

    In addition, I used Premiere to edit and produce high-quality promotional videos and in-game content.

    From designing custom weapon skins to handling animation when needed, my hands-on approach ensures a seamless integration of visual and auditory elements, using Audition to enhance the overall player experience.
